Chance Vought Engineering and Science Endowment

College of Science scholarships shall be awarded based on financial need to one junior and one senior in the UTeach Arlington program who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents with minimum GPAs of 2.75 in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, & Math. Funds will be used to promote science, technology, engineering, & math by engaging youth in hands-on engineering activities to demonstrate the challenges and rewards of working in STEM fields. Preference shall be given to students who are from north Texas.

This scholarship will be awarded in the spring 2024 semester and applied to the award recipient’s student account in equal disbursements between Fall 2024 and Spring 2025. Students must be a junior or senior in good standing during the 2024-2025 academic year, with a graduation date of May 2026 or earlier
