College of Engineering – Electrical Engineering The Dr. K. R. Rao Electrical Engineering Graduate Fellowship is awarded to a graduate student in Electrical Engineering at UTA. Recipients must have a cumulative GPA at UTA of or greater than a 3.5. Also, students must have a F-1 Visa Status.
