Arthur R. Poor Graduate Scholarship

The Arthur R. Poor Graduate Scholarship is intended for Civil Engineering graduate students at UTA.

Civil Engineering students in good standing at UTA or persons that have applied for admission to the Civil Engineering program that satisfy the criteria of:

MASTER’S DEGREE STUDENT
1. Unconditional Admission
2. Scoring 1100 on GRE
3. GPA of 3.2 on last 60 hours of major undergraduate coursework
4. Maintenance of 3.5 GPA on Masters level courses
5. Citizen of U.S. or permanent resident

Ph.D DEGREE STUDENT
1. Unconditional Admission
2. Scoring 1300 on GRE
3. GPA of 3.5 on courses taken during master’s program
4. Maintenance of 3.7 GPa on Ph.D. level courses
5. Citizen of U.S. or permanent resident

will be eligible for consideration.
