UTA Nursing General Scholarship

This scholarship was developed to provide much needed assistance for deserving students who have demonstrated a commitment to a career in nursing and who have shown potential for contribution to this important field.

This is a non-renewable scholarship. It will be awarded for only one semester.

If you are a part-time student, you will receive 50% of the available scholarship.

Scholarship awards are only awarded during the Fall or Spring. Scholarships are not awarded in the summer.

The following actions must be completed before scholarship award will be released. Failure to complete these steps will delay scholarship awarding or award may be forfeited:

• Accept or reject the scholarship offer
• Complete the post-acceptance questionnaire
• Submit a thank you letter addressed to the donor
