Non-resident International Student UTA Grant

The Non-resident International UTA Grant is a need based grant intended to help international students who are paying the non-resident rate of tuition at UTA cover their educational costs.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be an international student enrolled in at least full-time undergraduate credit hours or graduate credit hours. Full-time for undergraduate students is 12 or more hours and full-time for graduate students is 9 or more hours.
  • Must be charged the non-resident tuition rate. Students receiving a non-resident tuition waiver are not eligible to apply.
  • Undergraduate students: 24+ completed hours at UTA and a 2.5 cumulative UTA GPA.
  • Graduate Students:18+ completed hours at UTA and a 3.0 cumulative UTA GPA.
  • Students receiving teaching or research assistantships are not eligible for this award.
