Lucinda (Cyndy) K. Carver Memorial Award Fund

College of Business – Undergraduate Scholarship.

Requirements: For College of Business continuing undergraduate students. This scholarship shall not be applied to tuition/fees. Instead, funds will be disbursed to the student and are intended to be used for other education-related expenses, such as textbooks, materials, etc.

Established in memory of colleague, Lucinda (Cyndy) K. Carver. Cyndy was the Coordinator of Undergraduate Studies in the College of Business. She came to work at UTA as Senior Secretary in 1985. In 1987 she was appointed Degree Evaluator. After 17 years of outstanding service in that position, in April 2004 she was promoted to Coordinator of Undergraduate Studies in the College.
