Heqing Yu and Yin Yang Endowed Graduate Fellowship in Engineering

Funds distributed from the endowment shall be used to provide scholarship support for graduate students in the Department of Bioengineering or Department of Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering. Scholarships should rotate between each program each year. If a qualified candidate is not available in one department during its scheduled year, then the funds distributed may go to the other department that year. Recipients must be in good academic standing and have a GPA of 3.5 or above. The ideal candidate will be an active participant in community service and, when applicable, should submit a letter of recommendation from a professor or a community member describing the character of the candidate.
