This generous scholarship is being provided by Vistra Corp. to help first generation students to achieve their dream of earning a college degree.

Eligibility Requirements:

• First generation in family to earn a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be a junior or senior
• Must be in good academic standing
• Must enroll in and maintain full-time status for duration of the scholarship

This scholarship is a one-time award. It will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters. It is an automatch scholarship, which means that you do not need to apply for it in order to be considered. Every eligible student at UTA that meets the eligibility requirements will be automatically considered. If offered the scholarship, an email will be sent to your UTA student email with the scholarship offer.
