Chance Vought Engineering and Science Endowment

Scholarships shall be awarded based on financial need to one sophomore, one junior, and one senior who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents with minimum GPAs of 2.75 majoring in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics or Math. Funds will be used to promote science, technology, engineering & math by engaging youth in hands-on engineering activities to demonstrate the challenges and rewards of working in STEM fields. Preference shall be given to students who are from North Texas.

This scholarship will be awarded in the spring 2023 semester and applied to the award recipient’s student account in equal disbursements between Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. Seniors graduating in Spring or Summer 2023 are not eligible as students receiving these awards must be enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior during Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 and continue to be in good academic standing to receive this total scholarship award.
