Dr. Shamim Sughra Malik Endowed Scholarship Fund

College of Engineering The Dr. Shamim Sughra Malik Endowed Scholarship Fund is to provide financial assistance to Engineering students at UT Arlington who demonstrate a potential for success in their respective field of study. This scholarship has been established to promote and support the international diversity at UT Arlington.

This award is intended to be used for tuition, fees and books for the awardee(s). The award may be used for room and board and other living essentials for the awardee(s).

Eligibility
Undergraduate and Graduate students who meet the following eligibility criteria with preference given to graduate applicants:

• Students formally admitted to the College of Engineering
• Students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Students who received all or a majority of their preparatory education in the Middle East (west Asia), with strong preference given to those who received such education in the country of Pakistan.
