UTA Employee Roundhouse Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the employees of UTA to provide tuition assistance for benefit eligible employees and the dependents of those employees.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Recipients must be benefits-eligible employees of UTA for at least one year prior to the beginning of the term for which the scholarship is applied.
• Eligible recipients include a current employee, children or a spouse of a current employee.
• Applicants must be eligible for admission to UTA or must be a current student in good standing with UTA.
• Available for undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree from UTA.
• Students in a continuing education program at UTA are not eligible for this award.
• Entering freshman must have a minimum test score of 1000 SAT or 22 ACT and be in the top 25% of their graduating class.
• New transfer students must have a minimum cumulative transfer GPA of 3.0 and have earned at least 24 college transfer hours.
• Current UTA students must have a minimum cumulative UTA GPA of 3.0 and a have earned a minimum of 24 hours at UTA.
• While financial need is not a requirement, it is a consideration.

Eligible expenses include tuition and fees. Recipients of this award are able to reapply for this scholarship to be considered for future semesters. Please note that funds are limited and not guaranteed.
